01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing 789bdt.club in any capacity — whether by browsing the site as a guest, registering a player account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. These Terms apply alongside any additional rules, bonus terms, game-specific conditions, and privacy notices published on the 789bdt platform, all of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 789bdt.

03 Account Obligations

Keeping Your Information Current

You must notify 789bdt promptly if any of your registered details change, including your email address, contact number, or payment account details. Account Security

You must take all reasonable steps to protect your 789bdt account from unauthorised access. 04 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

The minimum deposit on 789bdt is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash or Nagad are typically credited to your 789bdt account within minutes of a successful transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedule of your financial institution. 789bdt does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which 789bdt accepts no responsibility.

All deposit funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. 789bdt does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Deposits identified as originating from third-party sources will be returned, and the account may be reviewed for compliance.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within minutes for fully verified accounts during normal operating hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible, in line with standard anti-money-laundering practice.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your 789bdt account must have completed the standard identity verification process. Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Real-money deposits that have not been subject to a bonus are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to verification.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from free spins are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is clearly stated on each individual bonus offer page before you opt in. You should read and understand the wagering requirement in full before accepting any bonus. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated on the bonus; unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.

Bonus Restrictions

• Bonuses are available to one account per household address and per device.

06 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 789bdt platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or use the platform while under 18 years of age.
• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment methods.
• Multi-Accounting: Operating more than one active 789bdt account simultaneously, regardless of the name or device used.

789bdt cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and financial institutions in all matters relating to fraud, money laundering, and criminal use of the platform. Account information may be disclosed to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law without prior notice to the account holder.

07 Intellectual Property

All content on the 789bdt platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, data compilations, and any other creative works — is the property of 789bdt or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 789bdt platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the 789bdt platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on 789bdt content.
• Use the 789bdt brand name, logo, or trademark in any manner that could imply affiliation or endorsement without written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used on the 789bdt platform.

Game content delivered through 789bdt is licensed from third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with the respective studio. The availability of a game on 789bdt does not grant you any rights over that game's underlying intellectual property.

08 Limitation of Liability

789bdt provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available, accurate, and free from technical errors, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 789bdt shall not be liable for any of the following types of loss or damage arising from your use of the platform:

09 Account Closure

Before processing a closure request, 789bdt will confirm the player's identity and ensure any pending withdrawals are processed to the player's registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Responsible Gaming Closures

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including problem gambling concerns — may request an immediate self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed with priority and take effect as quickly as technically possible. Closure by 789bdt

789bdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete mandatory identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.

Where an account is closed by 789bdt due to a Terms violation, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, the balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms breach, 789bdt reserves the right to forfeit the balance in full.

10 Amendments to These Terms

789bdt reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will publish the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Where the changes are significant, we may also notify registered players via their registered email address or via an in-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the 789bdt platform after any revision has been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with an amended version of the Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure via our support team.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to payment method lists — may be made without specific notification. The version of the Terms currently published on this page is always the operative version.
